My name is Sawyer Phelps. I am the Senior Vice President at Timberline Mortgage. I have been in the mortgage/customer service industry for 8+ years now! I take care of my clients and always do it with a smile on my face! I am originally from Detroit, Michigan, and served my LDS church mission in Utah and fell in love with this area and the people of Richfield specifically. I am committed to continuous improvement. I have always had a mindset of “How can I make the mortgage process better for my clients?” By doing so, I have been able to help my team at Timberline Mortgage streamline the mortgage process to make it easier for YOU! Purchasing/financing a home can be exciting and that is my goal! It doesn’t always need to be a stressful experience.
